- Vivienne Maton Review added: 2018.11.17★ ★ ★ ★ ★We have just completed a very large restoration project on an old vicarage in Oxfordshire and Phil Ball was the sole painter and decorator on the project and has done a fantastic job for us.
There was some pretty intricate work involved and nothing phased him, he just got on with it.
Nothing was too much trouble, for a client who was pretty particular in her standards !
We would highly recommend Phil and will definitely be using his services in the future.
